But work flexibility has just as much to do with difficult life situations and challenges than it does work-life balance attainment. The things we don't want to deal with, but need to - such as health problems, dangerous weather situations, or critical family issues. The inevitable, challenging, inconvenient life situations that we ALL find ourselves in from time to time. |  | | So why do you want work flexibility?
