Dear Agung,
Happy first week of March! I'm thrilled to say that the number of hand-screened, professional, and flexible option jobs on our site is growing - and today we hit the 20,000 jobs on FlexJobs for the very first time! (We always have the number on the top right of our home page.) And these 20,000 jobs offer a variety of types of work flexibility. Why? Well, quite simply, people want work flexibility for many reasons, and so we offer job listings with different kinds of flexibility.
Also, did you know that every job on our site has 3 things in common?
  1. Every single job is hand-screened for legitimacy (no small feat, especially for work from home jobs, where there are typically 60-70 scams for every real job!).
  2. Every job is professionally-oriented (something you would be able to put on your resume towards a career path).
  3. Finally, and maybe obviously, every job offers some type of work flexibility (a telecommuting option, freelance contract, or flexible, alternative or part-time schedule).
Please remember that work flexibility comes in many forms, so we encourage you to keep your options open for what might work for you. And whether you're considering a part-time job or a full-time job, please know that we have them all, and more (such as freelance, temporary, and supplementary income jobs)!
With all of that being said, please read on for some great telecommute job listings, expert job search tips, and more. And as always, thank you so much for allowing us to be a trusted resource in your job search for telecommuting, freelance, part-time, and any and all flexible jobs. Many cheers,

Sara, and the FlexJobs Team

Sure, you take off on the weekends for a much-needed break, but then Sunday night rolls around -- and with it comes a familiar feeling. A Flexible Job Just Might Save Your Life
In our society, it can seem like a badge of honor to work 80-hour workweeks, checking your smartphone as soon as you open your eyes in the morning and foregoing attending your child's t-ball game in favor of staying late at the office. What you may not be aware of is that working so hard can also be killing you. And a flexible job just might save your life. A new study from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) shows that working shorter hours might be better for your productivity -- and your health.
