- Follow the applications instructions to the letter. Think about it -- if you don't follow instructions now, why will they think you can later?
- Don't wait, apply now! The sooner you get your application in, the better.
- Have a professional presence on Google. Recruiters use Google, and so should you, so do a quick search for your name and location to see what comes up. It can help to create and maintain social media profiles that highlight your strengths.
