Wow! That's a big percentage, and what does this mean for today's working mothers? |  | | Well, as one, I'll vouch for the bunch of us and say that it can be darn tricky to balance the motherhood and a career to begin with. And it's that much harder when your family depends on your income to stay afloat. In the survey, 74% of respondents felt that working full-time in the workplace and being a primary caregiver, too, makes it harder to raise children. And without flex, it definitely does. | | | | One of the keys to successful work-life balance is telecommuting and flexible work options, plain and simple.
