       Don't sit behind the wheel for too long.

      For many people, office work involves extended periods of time behind the desk.
      
      For some, it can be all day long.  Despite going to the gym or doing the family       domestic chores, the people who sit hours behind a desk may have done lasting damage to their bodies as a result of sitting down all day.
    
      The following are effects on the body that can occur from sitting too long.  At your desk, or behind the wheel:

               5)          Loneliness and depression
